Dashboard Overview
What each number and panel on the dashboard means, in the agency console and the client dashboard, and what to do when one needs action.

Overview
The first page after you sign in.
Before you start
- Agency console: any agency user. Today > Dashboard. It covers every client.
- Client dashboard: any client dashboard user. Today > Dashboard. It covers your organisation only.
- Client portal users have their own, simpler dashboard. See Portal reports.
The two consoles use the same layout. The numbers refresh on their own every 60 seconds, so you can leave the page open on a screen.
The Four Cards
Today's headline numbers.
| Card | Means |
|---|---|
| Clocked in now | Shifts that are running now: clocked in, not yet clocked out, and started within the last 18 hours. A night shift that started before midnight still counts. |
| Hours today | Hours on shifts that started today, including the time so far on shifts still running. |
| On site now | The workers clocked in now who are inside the site's geofence, or at a site with no geofence check. |
| Active workers | Active worker records. In the client dashboard, your organisation's workers only. |
A shift left open for 18 hours or more is treated as a missed clock-out, not as someone at work. It drops out of Clocked in now, the fire register and occupancy. Close it from the Exceptions page.

| Hours, rolling 7-day comparison | Hours for the last 7 days against the 7 days before. |
| Top sites this week | The busiest sites by hours. |
| Site occupancy right now | Each site's headcount, its capacity and its geofence mode. In the client dashboard, Edit opens the site. |
| Last 15 events | The latest clock-ins, clock-outs and breaks, with an off-site warning when a clock was outside the geofence. |
Needs Your Attention
Things to look at today.
| Card | What to do |
|---|---|
| Shifts still to fill | Client dashboard only. Requirements starting in the next 7 days with fewer workers booked than needed, for example after a worker said they cannot do a shift. Opens the Shifts board, where you book or offer the gaps. |
| Late arrivals | Open Live activity and follow up. |
| Missed clock-outs | Shifts still open well after they should have ended. Fix them on Exceptions. |
| Documents expiring | Ask the worker for a new document. |
| Geofence breaches 24h and Low GPS 24h | Check the timesheet entries flagged off site or with a weak location. |
| Blocked clock-ins 24h | Workers stopped at the kiosk, for example by a survey answer. Check why. |
| Kiosks offline | Check the tablet. In the agency console the card opens Kiosk fleet. |
| Unread notifications | Agency console only. Read them on the bell. |
A card with nothing to report shows All clear.
Troubleshooting
When a number looks wrong.
| Problem | Why, and what to do |
|---|---|
| Clocked in now is higher than the people on site | Someone forgot to clock out. Check Who's on shift now and close the shift. |
| On site now is lower than Clocked in now | Some clocks were outside the geofence. Check the off-site warnings in Last 15 events. |
| A panel says it "couldn't load" | Reload the page. If it keeps happening, raise a ticket from Help & support. |
