A small contribution towards running costs

Alongside the per-site price there is a small monthly contribution per worker. It goes towards the things that quietly keep the system safe and accurate — secure UK hosting and the AWS face processing behind every clock-in. It is tiered, so larger accounts pay from 25p per worker.

Tiered at the margin — each band applies only to the workers within it, so the more people you run, the lower your average rate.

You are only charged for workers who actually use the system — those who clock in on two or more days in a month. Anyone loaded for a single day, or set up and never used, is not counted. You pay for the people TempClock is genuinely working for.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

What counts as a site?
A site is a single physical location where you run TempClock. You pay £150 per month for each active site, and every site includes every feature with no limit on clock-ins. On top of that there is a small per-worker infrastructure contribution towards secure hosting and face processing, charged only for workers who actually use the system.
How does the volume discount work?
When you reach 10 or more active sites, every site on the account drops 25% to £112.50 per month. The discount applies to all of your sites, not only the ones above ten, and it is applied automatically.
Is there a per-worker charge on top of the site price?
Yes — a small one, and we would rather be plain about it. Alongside the £150 per site you pay a modest monthly contribution per worker towards secure UK hosting and the AWS face processing behind every clock-in: 45p per worker up to 50, 35p from 51 to 250, and 25p beyond that, charged at the margin. Crucially, you are only billed for workers who clock in on two or more days in a month — anyone loaded for a single day, or set up and never used, is not counted. Setup is free, clock-ins are never metered, and every feature stays in the base plan.
Can I cancel anytime, and where is our data held?
TempClock is a monthly rolling subscription with no lock-in — cancel from your dashboard and billing stops the next cycle. All data is held on UK-hosted infrastructure, and you can produce a one-click GDPR subject-access export for any worker.
