Science over guesswork
Temp agencies and multi-site employers need a reliable way to know who is on site, when they arrived and when they left. Paper sheets and shared PINs do not stand up to a client query or an audit.
So TempClock confirms identity at the kiosk: the worker enters their badge, and a face match checks that the person in front of the camera is that worker. Workers who would rather not use their face clock in with a PIN, and every PIN clock is photographed for review. Face data is deleted when a worker leaves or withdraws consent.
Around that sits a complete platform: scheduling, a live no-show list with cover, exceptions in one place, client approvals, a pay week that locks and exports to Sage, margin tracking and reporting, in one system, with an open API for everything else.

Standard tablets
An Android tablet with the TempClock kiosk app, or any tablet with a front camera in the browser. No proprietary terminals, and workers need no app to clock in. Agencies can rent terminals from us.
Privacy-first biometrics
Face clock-in is optional, with a PIN alternative. We tell workers exactly what is stored and delete it on a schedule you set.
Built for temp desks
Roles for coordinators and payroll, pay and charge rules, margin tracking, a live no-show list with Find cover, and a portal where clients approve, reject, query or amend hours.
Hosted in the EU
The app and database are hosted in the EU, in a data centre in France. Face matching runs on a major cloud provider's service in Ireland. The UK treats both as adequate, so no extra transfer safeguard is needed. An encrypted backup copy is kept in the UK.
Sage & Xero
Close the pay week and export a Sage 50 Payroll file in Sage's own import layout. Send client invoices to Sage Accounting, or as files for Sage 50 Accounts and Xero.
A complete verification trail
Every clock records the method, site, kiosk and time; face clocks add the match score, and corrections keep the original times and a reason.
GPS geofencing
Each site has a geofence. Off-site clocks are flagged, or refused in strict mode.
Document compliance
Store worker documents with automatic expiry tracking, so right-to-work checks and certifications never lapse unnoticed.
Badges and four languages
Workers clock by face or PIN after a typed badge or a printed QR badge; NFC and RFID cards are coming soon. Kiosk screens are in English, Polish, Romanian and Lithuanian.
Nights and 24/7 sites
A night shift is one record across midnight, the clock changes are paid on real hours, and a silent kiosk at a 24/7 site alerts at any hour.
Locked pay weeks
Check exceptions, approve, lock and export from one Close week page. Once locked, the figures never change.
