Self-service sign-up only.

This guide is for a business that signs itself up on the TempClock website. If an agency set TempClock up for you, skip it: your agency gives you your sign-in, or sends an enrolment invitation. Agencies setting up their own system should start at the Agency Go-live Checklist.

Before you start

  • You are the person who will own the account. You become its first client dashboard Admin.
  • A payment card for the checkout. The trial is free for 10 days.
  • Your company name and the number of sites workers will clock in at.

Sign Up

One short form, then card checkout.

Open the sign-up page

Go to the sign-up page. It is headed Start your free trial.

Enter your details

Fill in Company Name, Your Name and Work Email, and set the Number of Sites. The price updates as you go. You can change the number of sites later.

Check out

Click Get Started. On the secure card checkout, enter your card and confirm. You are not charged until the trial ends.

Open the wizard

You go straight into the set-up wizard. You also get a Set Up Your Account email, so you can come back to it. The link lasts 7 days.

Seven steps. Click Continue to move on.

Step What you do
Company Details Your company name, business address and phone number.
Create Your Admin Account Your Full Name, Email Address, Password and Confirm Password. This is your login.
Add Your Locations The sites where workers clock in. Your plan sets how many.
Add Your First Workers A few workers to start with. You can add the rest later.
Face Recognition (Optional) Read how face enrolment works. You can set it up later.
Set Up Your Kiosks The kiosk link for each site, to open on a tablet.
You're All Set! A summary. Click Launch Your Dashboard and sign in.

The wizard is a quick start. Every setting can be changed later in the client dashboard, and some steps there go further than the wizard does.
