View your subscription, manage billing via Stripe, and download invoices — all from one page.
Overview
How billing works in TempClock.
TempClock has one simple plan: £150 per site, per month. Every feature is included — there are no tiers, add-ons, or hidden costs. You pay for each active location and get everything TempClock offers.
Billing is self-service and handled through Stripe. You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and update billing details directly from your dashboard.
Only Admin users can access the Billing page. If you cannot see it, ask your Admin to check your role.
Log in to the manage portal
Open your browser and log in to TempClock at tempclock.co.uk/manage.
Click Settings in the sidebar
In the left-hand sidebar, click Settings to expand the settings submenu.
Click Billing
Under Settings, click Billing. The billing page will open showing your current plan, usage, and invoice history.
Your Subscription
See your active locations and current billing amount.
At the top of the Billing page, you will see a summary of your subscription, including how many active locations you have and your current monthly total.
Managing Your Billing
Update payment details and manage your subscription via Stripe.
Billing is handled through Stripe. From the Billing page you can open the Stripe customer portal to update your payment method, change your card, or view your billing history.
Go to Settings > Billing
Open the Billing page as described above.
Click "Manage Billing"
Click the Manage Billing button. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab where you can update your payment method and view billing details.
Your monthly total adjusts automatically as you add or remove active locations. Each active location is billed at £150/month.
Invoice History
View and download past invoices.
The bottom of the Billing page shows a list of all past invoices. Each invoice includes the date, amount, plan, and a download link so you can save a PDF copy for your records.
Download invoices at the end of each month for your accounting records. They include all the details you need for VAT reclaims and expense reporting.
