Before You Start

What you need before diving into timesheets.

Before you start

  • Access to the TempClock manage portal (/manage)
  • At least one location set up with workers assigned
  • Some clock-in activity (workers need to have clocked in at least once)
Note

Timesheets update in real time. As workers clock in and out at the kiosk, their entries appear on this page automatically — no need to refresh.

Opening the Timesheets Page

Find and open the timesheets list from the sidebar.

Log in to the manage portal

Open your browser and go to your TempClock manage portal. You will land on the dashboard.

Click "Timesheets" in the sidebar

In the left-hand sidebar, click Timesheets. This opens the full list of all clock-in and clock-out records across your locations.

Understanding the Timesheet Table

What each column in the table means.

The Timesheets page shows a table with one row per time entry. Each row represents a single clock-in/clock-out pair for a worker. Here is what each column tells you:

Worker

The name of the worker who clocked in

Date

The date the shift took place

Clock In

The exact time the worker clocked in (e.g. 08:02)

Clock Out

The time the worker clocked out, or “Active” if still on-site

Duration

Total time worked for this entry (e.g. 8h 15m)

Location

Which client site the worker was at

Status

Pending, Approved, or Disputed

Match Score

How confident the facial recognition was (percentage)

Timesheets Table
Worker Date Clock In Clock Out Duration Location Status Match
Sarah Johnson 10 Mar 2026 08:02 16:18 8h 16m Acme Warehouse Approved 98%
James Peters 10 Mar 2026 07:55 16:05 8h 10m Acme Warehouse Pending 95%
Maria Lopez 10 Mar 2026 06:00 Active Beta Logistics Active 92%
David Chen 09 Mar 2026 09:00 17:30 8h 30m Acme Warehouse Disputed 74%
Note

If a worker is still on-site, their Clock Out column will show Active in orange and the Duration will be blank until they clock out.

Filtering Your Timesheets

Narrow down the list to find exactly what you need.

The filter bar sits at the top of the Timesheets page. Use it to narrow down the entries you are looking at. You can combine multiple filters at the same time.

Date range

Click the date range picker to choose which dates you want to see. You can pick a custom range, or use the quick presets: Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month, or Last Month.

By default the page shows the current week.

Worker

Use the Worker dropdown to filter entries for a specific person. Start typing a name and the list will narrow down. This is useful when you need to review a single worker's hours for the week.

Location

Use the Location dropdown to see only entries from a particular client site. Handy if you manage multiple locations and need to check attendance at just one.

Status

Filter by Status to see only entries in a specific state:

  • Pending — entries awaiting review
  • Approved — entries that have been approved
  • Disputed — entries flagged with an issue
  • Active — workers currently clocked in

Understanding Match Score

What the percentage in the Match column means.

When a worker clocks in using facial recognition at the kiosk, TempClock compares the face captured by the camera with the worker's stored face profile. The Match Score tells you how confident the system was that the person at the kiosk is who they say they are.

90 – 100%

High confidence — the system is very sure this is the right person

70 – 89%

Medium confidence — likely correct but worth a glance

Below 70%

Low confidence — review this entry manually

Important

A low match score does not always mean something is wrong. Poor lighting, a new haircut, or wearing a hat can all reduce the score. But if you see consistently low scores for a worker, it may be worth asking them to re-register their face at the kiosk.

Viewing Entry Details

Click any row to see the full breakdown of a time entry.
