Uploading Assets

Add files via drag-and-drop or file browser.

Open the upload modal

Click the Upload Assets button at the top of the Asset Library page. A modal will appear with a drag-and-drop area.

Add your files

Drag files onto the drop zone, or click Browse to select files from your computer. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG, and PDF. Maximum file size: 10 MB.

Set metadata

Give each file a title, select a category, and optionally add a description. This makes assets easier to find later.

Upload

Click Upload. A progress bar shows the upload status. Once complete, the asset appears in your library grid.

Organising & Filtering

Find the right asset quickly.

Use the category tabs at the top to filter by type (All, Artwork, Photos, Logos, Icons, Documents). Use the search bar to find assets by title or description. Results update as you type.

Note

System assets (created by the TempClock admin) are marked with a badge and cannot be deleted by clients.

Using Assets in Artwork

Load an asset directly into the artwork editor.

Click on any image asset to open the preview modal. From there, click Use in Artwork to open the artwork editor with that image set as the background. You can also download assets or copy their URL.
