Adding Your First Location

Add the first site where workers will clock in: its name and address, the map pin for the geofence, and the few settings to check before the kiosk goes up.

Where to Go

Same page name in both consoles.

Agency console: Sites > Locations. Client dashboard: Sites > Locations.

Before you start

  • Agency console: a super admin or an Admin. The client must already exist on Clients > Clients.
  • Client dashboard: a tenant admin (Admin role).
  • The site's address and postcode.

Add the Site

Five steps.

Open Locations

Go to Sites > Locations. The add form is on the same page.

Name and address

In the agency console pick the Client and enter the Site Name. In the client dashboard enter the Name. Then the Address, City and Postcode.

Capacity

Enter the most workers allowed on site, or leave it blank for no limit. The occupancy page compares the number on site with it.

Drop the pin

Search for the address and click Search, or click the map. Leave Geofence Mode on Warning to start.

Save

Click Add Location.

Check These Settings

Before the kiosk goes up.

Site is live: untick it while the site is still on paper.
Site runs 24/7: tick it for a round-the-clock site, so a silent kiosk is reported at any hour.
Billing details: the PO, Sage account and nominal code for the charge schedule.
In the client dashboard, the page shows how many locations your plan allows.
