What Is the Marketing Hub?

Built-in tools to promote your TempClock installations without needing external software.

The Marketing Hub is a suite of tools built directly into TempClock that lets you create professional social media artwork, manage a mailing list, send branded email campaigns, and maintain a library of marketing assets — all without leaving your dashboard.

There are two versions:

Admin Hub (Full)

Artwork generator, email campaigns, contact management, mailing lists, email templates, and asset library. Available to admin users.

Client Hub (Focused)

Branded artwork generator, templates, and asset library. Scoped to each client so they can create their own promotional materials.

Note

The Marketing Hub replaces the need for tools like Canva or Mailchimp for basic promotional tasks. Everything stays within TempClock.

Admin Features

What you get in the full admin Marketing Hub.

Artwork Generator — create social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and A4 with pre-built templates
Templates — save and reuse artwork designs, plus use system templates for quick professional output
Asset Library — upload, organise, and manage images, logos, icons, and documents
Email Campaigns — build and send GDPR-compliant campaigns with open and click tracking
Contacts & Lists — manage subscribers, import via CSV, organise into mailing lists
Email Templates — create reusable email designs with merge tags and live preview
Dashboard — campaign stats, asset counts, recent artwork, and quick actions at a glance

Client Features

A streamlined version for your TempClock clients.

Clients who log into their TempClock management portal see a simplified Marketing section with three tools:

Artwork Generator

Same powerful editor as the admin version, pre-populated with the client's company name and access to system templates.

Templates

System templates created by you (the admin) plus any templates the client saves themselves.

Asset Library

Client's own uploaded assets plus system assets you've made available to everyone.

Note

Clients do not have access to email campaigns, contacts, or mailing lists. Those features are admin-only.

Getting Started

How to access the Marketing Hub.

Open the Marketing Hub

From your admin dashboard, click Marketing in the top navigation. You'll land on the Marketing Hub dashboard showing your stats and quick actions.

Create your first artwork

Click Create Artwork or navigate to Marketing > Artwork. Choose a size preset (e.g. Instagram Post) and start designing using the sidebar controls.

Explore templates

Head to Marketing > Templates to see pre-built system templates. Click any template to open it in the artwork editor with all settings pre-filled.

Good to know

Start with the system templates — they're professionally designed to match TempClock branding and produce polished output immediately.
