Email templates are reusable HTML email designs that you can load into any campaign. They ensure consistent branding across all your communications and save time when creating new campaigns.
Creating a Template
Write HTML with a live preview.
Open the template editor
Go to Marketing > Email Templates and click New Template.
Set the details
Enter a name, choose a category (General, Announcement, Feature Update, Newsletter, Promotional), and optionally set a default subject line.
Write the HTML
Enter your email HTML in the left panel. The right panel shows a live preview that updates as you type. Use the Insert Merge Tag buttons to add personalisation tokens.
Save
Click Save Template. It's now available to load in any campaign.
Email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) have limited CSS support. Stick to inline styles and table-based layouts for best compatibility.
System Templates
Pre-built templates included with TempClock.

System templates are read-only — you cannot edit or delete them. To customise one, load it into a campaign and modify the content there, or copy its HTML into a new template.
Using Templates in Campaigns
Load a template when composing a campaign.
When creating or editing a campaign, click the Load Template dropdown above the HTML editor. Select a template and its HTML will be inserted into the editor body, replacing any existing content. You can then customise the text and links for your specific campaign.
