Overview

A streamlined marketing toolkit for your TempClock clients.

Every TempClock client gets access to a focused version of the Marketing Hub from their management portal. This lets them create their own promotional materials — branded social media graphics, flyers, and marketing assets — without needing external design tools.

Good to know

Client marketing tools are a selling point: your clients can promote their own TempClock installations to their end clients (warehouses, sites, etc.) using professional, branded artwork.

Client Artwork Generator

The same powerful editor, scoped to the client.

The client artwork editor is identical to the admin version — same size presets, background options, text layers, and export capability. Key differences:

The headline is pre-populated with the client's company name
Saved artwork is scoped to the client — they can only see their own designs
Thumbnails and files are stored in a client-specific directory
The TempClock logo can be toggled on for co-branded materials

Client Templates

System templates plus their own custom designs.

Clients see two types of templates:

System Templates

Templates you (the admin) create and mark as system templates. These appear for all clients and cannot be edited or deleted by them.

Custom Templates

Templates the client saves themselves from their artwork editor. Only visible to that specific client.

Client Asset Library

Their own uploads plus shared system assets.

The client asset library shows:

Client assets — files the client has uploaded themselves, stored in their own directory
System assets — brand assets you've created as system-level (logos, icons, backgrounds) that appear for all clients

Clients can upload their own images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, max 10 MB) and delete their own files, but cannot modify or delete system assets.

Note

Clients do not have access to email campaigns, contacts, or mailing lists. If a client needs to send marketing emails, they should use their own email marketing platform or M365 account.
